AEG OFFICES

ALCOHOL
Beverages and/or food of any kind may not be brought into Oracle Arena. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands, beverage carts and clubs throughout Oracle Arena. A valid government issued photo ID is required to purchase alcohol.

FOR GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS GAMES: Alcoholic beverages will not be sold after the end of the 3rd quarter. Alcohol sales may continue in suites, bunker suites, restaurants and clubs. At no time after the beginning of the 4th quarter will alcohol be permitted in the bowl area.

ANIMALS

Service dogs assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Oracle Arena. When purchasing your ticket(s), please let the Ticket Representative know that you have a service animal.

APP

The Oracle Arena app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Access visual restaurant listings and pricing, presale codes, discounts and more. 

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the First Aid station located on the main concourse behind section 106.

If service for a hearing disability or visual impairment is required during an event, please contact the nearest Guest Service Representative. Guests needing materials, special accommodations or services should make such a request to the ADA Coordinator at least 10 business days before the event. The ADA Coordinator may be unable to accommodate such requests made less than 10 days in advance due to time and coordination constraints.

ATM MACHINES

CHASE ATMs are located on the main concourse outside Section 128 and on the upper concourse at section 210, in the Stella Artois Club and on the event level below the South Tunnel.

BACKPACKS, BAGS & PURSES

Bags larger than 14"X14"X6" and backpacks of any size are not allowed inside Oracle Arena.

For Golden State Warriors games only: All backpacks are prohibited (with the exception of single compartment drawstring bags that meet the nba bag-size requirements, or media backpacks that are screened at the media entrance.

BAG CHECK
Bag check is available at most events. There is a $10 fee per each checked bag. We accept cash and credit cards. Bag Check service will close 30 minutes after each game or event. Any items not claimed will be sent to Lost & Found for a maximum of 30 days. Oracle Arena and its agents are not liable for any damage to items left at Bag Check. Bag Check will not accept items of unusual value or those exceeding $100.

BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted on a show-by-show basis as long as the information contained on them is not politically, religiously, or commercially motivated, do not carry obscene messages and do not interfere with the sightlines of other guests. The Warriors and Arena Guest Services Representatives reserve the right to ask any fan to remove a sign or banner from Oracle Arena. At times banners and signs may not be permtted due to the request of the artist performing. Please check the event page to ensure your banner or sign will be permitted for that event.

BART

The Coliseum BART station is located within convenient walking distance from Oracle Arena. Both BART and AC Transit make frequent stops at the Coliseum BART station, which is located on the east side of Oracle Arena and is connected to Oracle Arena via the overpass pedestrian bridge. BICYCLE RACKS
Bicycle racks are located at the north flagpole adjacent to parking Lot F.

BINOCULARS
Binoculars are permitted at Oracle Arena events and for Golden State Warriors home games.

BMW CLUB
The BMW Club, located on the Event Level of Oracle Arena, is an exclusive pre and post-event entertainment space. For Warriors events, post-game access is restricted to guests over 21 years of age.

Hours: The BMW Club opens one hour before select concert or family show time and 90 minutes prior to each Golden State Warriors game and remains open one hour following its conclusion. The BMW Club offers a spacious social area, an upscale dining environment, lounge and TV monitors.

Reservations: For Golden State Warrior games, Sideline Club seat holders are eligible to make dinner reservations in the BMW Club restaurant by calling the reservation desk at (510) 383-4840. Reservations are accepted on a “first come first serve” basis, Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reservations will be held approximately 15-20 minutes following reserved dining time.

Entrance: Oracle Arena offers VIP entrances for BMW Club members. These VIP entrances are located on the Event Level through north and south (circle) parking lots F and E. BMW Club members can also enter Oracle Arena through the Stella Artois Club entrance and take the elevator to the Event Level.

BOTTLES & CANS
All glass bottles and aluminum cans are prohibited inside Oracle Arena.

BOX OFFICE HOURS
Oracle Arena's Box Office hours are:
Monday – Friday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays (on non-event days)

CAMERAS
Cameras with lenses less than 3 inches in length (while extended) are permitted, but the use of a flash is not allowed. All types of video and audio equipment are not permitted in Oracle Arena.

CAPACITY
Oracle Arena has a capacity of 19,596 for all Golden State Warriors home basketball games. Capacity for other sporting or entertainment events at Oracle Arena may vary.

CHILDRENS ADMISSION
A ticket is required for children 24 months and older for sporting events and concerts. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please check the event listing page to determine if your child requires a ticket. 

It is highly recommended that all children wear hearing protection headphones for all concerts and sporting events.

DONATIONS
Oracle Arena is committed to providing assistance to charitable organizations, primarily in Alameda County. Through the donation of tickets, promotional items,and monetary contributions, Oracle Arena supports hundreds of community organizations and individuals annually.

Due to the high volume of requests received, Oracle Arena requires that all donation requests must meet the following criteria: Requests must be submitted in writing on the organization's letterhead. Requests must be sent at least 6-8 weeks prior to the event date. Please include a brief description of the event, including the date, location and name of the benefiting charity or organization. Requests for ticket donations must include the organization's 501(c)(3) tax determination letter. Donations are limited to one request per organization within a 12-month period.

All donation requests are generally reviewed within two weeks upon receipt; organizations will receive a written or e-mailed response. 

DOORS OPEN
For most shows, doors open one hour prior to the scheduled performance time. For Golden State Warrior games, doors usually open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. 

(Example - 6:00PM for a 7:30PM start). Timing is subject to change for the Playoffs and games with special promotions.

DROPOFF

Guests wishing to be dropped off should proceed to the Main Gate at 66th Avenue to be directed to the designated dropoff location for that specific event. Alternatively, guests can be dropped off at the Coliseum BART Station located east of Oracle Arena on San Leandro Street.

EMERGENCIES
Emergency exits are conveniently located on every level of Oracle Arena and are clearly identified by signs located above the doorway. In the event of an evacuation, please follow instructions of Arena Guest Services Representatives.

FAMILY RESTROOMS
Family restrooms are equipped with accessible toilets, changing tables, and other amenities to aid our guests with special requirements. These specially equipped co-ed restrooms are located on both the main and upper concourses near sections 106 and 204.

FIRST AID
Complete first aid services are available on the main concourse behind section 106 for fans who require medical attention from licensed staff.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food and/or beverages of any kind cannot be brought into Oracle Arena. There are a wide variety of food and beverage items for guests' enjoyment. Please visit our Dining & Entertainment page for more information.

GUEST CONDUCT
Oracle Arena strives to provide an entertaining and safe environment for all of our patrons. Fans who are found guilty of public intoxication, using offensive language, throwing objects or any other behavior deemed by Oracle Arena Guest Services Representatives as disruptive or dangerous in nature are subject to ejection from Oracle Arena. The Warriors also adhere to the NBA Fan Code of Conduct, which sets forth expected standards of decorum for all fans attending NBA games.

A warning card with the following printed language must be given by an arena security representative to any fan who has engaged in excessive verbal abuse of a player, coach, game official or another fan:

“You are being issued a warning that the comments, gestures and/or behaviors that you have directed at players, coaches, game officials and or/ other spectators constitute excessive verbal abuse and are in violation of the NBA Fan Code of Conduct. This is the first and only warning that you will receive. If, after receiving this warning, you verbally abuse any player, coach, game official or spectator, you will be immediately ejected from Oracle Arena without refund”.

GUEST SERVICES

Guest services booths are located on the main concourse outside of section 128 and on the upper concourse outside of section 215.


If you need assistance, please contact the nearest Arena Guest Services Representative, (i.e. ushers, ticket takers, and security) with any questions or concerns during a game at Oracle Arena. Oracle Arena's guest services staff will assist you with any needs and will help direct you to services throughout the facilities.

Guests may also send a text message to 510.500.8787 and include your section, row and seat number where you need assistance. Please note this number cannot accept text messages that include videos or photos.

INTERNET/WiFi
Complimentary wifi is available to all guests. In-arena wifi can be accessed through the "WarriorsGround" connection.

LOST & FOUND
Lost and Found articles are left at Guest Services located on the Main Concourse outside of section 128 until the end of an event. All unclaimed lost and found items are stored in the Oracle Arena administrative offices for 30 days. To contact lost and found, please call 510-383-4660 or email lostandfound@coliseum.com. 

LOST, STOLEN, DESTROYED, FORGOTTEN TICKETS
Lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed concert and family show tickets should contact TicketMaster customer service at 1-800-462-2849.


Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in Oracle Arena. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and denied entrance to Oracle Arena.

MERCHANDISE 
Merchandise is available for purchase at most concerts, family shows and sporting events. Merchandise stands can be found throughout the Arena and accept cash and credit cards.

The Warriors Arena Team Store is located at the Plaza Level entrance on the east side of Oracle Arena. Oracle Arena also features fixed merchandise stands on almost every level containing Warriors apparel and novelties. In addition, Warriors Full Season Ticket Holders receive a 10% discount on all regularly priced merchandise at the Warriors Team Store. The Warriors Team Store is open approximately two and half hours prior to Warriors home games and is only open on game days. See the Warriors schedule. NBA FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

All fans inside Oracle Arena must adhere to the NBA Fan Code of Conduct to provide an entertaining and safe environment for all patrons. More information can be found HERE.

PARKING

Parking lots usually open two hours prior to the scheduled event time. Accessible parking is located in the first two rows of the parking lot, closest to Oracle Arena. Parking spaces accommodating vans are also available. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card.

For concerts and family shows, parking costs $40 for cars and $80 for limousines and buses. Parking is first come first serve and can be paid at the gates. 

For Golden State Warriors games, parking costs $40 for cars and $60 for limos and buses. 

You can now prepay your parking for individual games at a discounted rate ($35 instead of $40 at the gate) and get access to the new express entry lanes! RE-ENTRY POLICY
No re-entry is permitted after you have exited Oracle Arena turnstiles. Please see an Arena Guest Services Representative at the gate if you have extenuating circumstances.’

SEAT UPGRADES

All ticket holders have the opportunity to upgrade their seats on game day through the Warriors App, pending availability. Once in the app, go to the "Tickets" tab and tap on "Upgrade My Seats".

SECURITY
The Oracle Arena staff is committed to ensuring a safe and fun environment for everyone. As a security measure, coolers, backpacks and other large bags are not allowed into Oracle Arena. Oracle Arena will deny entry into the facility to those who carry any of the items mentioned until they are stored elsewhere by the ticket holder. Oracle Arena will not assume the responsibility for the storage of any of these items.

The Security Office at Oracle Arena is located on the Event Level in the South Tunnel.

SINGLE EVENT TICKETS
Single concert, family show and Warrior game tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or at the Oracle Arena box Office. 

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking of any kind is permitted in Oracle Arena. Patrons who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to ejection from Oracle Arena. Contact an Arena Guest Services Representative for assistance.

STELLA ARTOIS LOUNGE
The Stella Artois Lounge offers premier food service, gourmet carving stations, TV monitors throughout and concierge service. It's the perfect place to relax before, during or after an exciting game. The Stella Artois Lounge is located on the east side of Oracle Arena.

Hours : The Stella Artois Lounge opens one hour before all concerts and family shows and 90 minutes prior to tip-off for Warrior games and will remain open for one hour following the conclusion of the game. No reservations are necessary.

There is a private entrance to the Stella Artois Lounge, which is located on the east side of Oracle Arena directly across from the stadium.

All public telephones are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with volume controls. Public telephones are located on the main concourse behind sections 104 and 216 in the upper concourse and all Club areas.

TICKET RE-SELLING POLICY
Oakland City Ordinance No. 7311 CMS, Section 6-3.19, prohibits the sale of tickets and any other articles (except at authorized ticket booths) within any public building, or on public grounds at Oracle Arena or Oakland Alameda County Coliseum and public parking lots adjacent thereto. Those found selling tickets on Oracle Arena or Oakland Alameda County Coliseum property are subject to arrest.

TRANSPORTATION

BART
The Bay Area Rapid Transit Coliseum Station is located on the East side of Oakland Alameda County Coliseum and is accessible by a pedestriam walk-over bridge, which connects Oakland Alameda County Coliseum to the BART station. Please visit our Directions page or visit Bart.gov for information on how to access the Arena from BART.

UBER Zone

UBER can drop off and pick in the Southeast corner of B-Lot closest to Baldwin Gate (Designated UBER Zone)

TAXIS

Clearly-marked taxis can drop off at most places around the site. Taxis will be encouraged to enter Baldwin Gate and proceed to Taxi Stand for pickup (Taxis can also enter 66th)


AC Transit (Bus)
AC Transit services Alameda County. Patrons should take AC Transit to the Coliseum BART station and utilize the pedestrian walk-over bridge which connects the BART station to Oakland Alameda County Coliseum. Accessible Parking
Parking for patrons with disabilities is located in the first two (2) rows of the parking lot closest to Oracle Arena and Oakland Alameda County Coliseum. Spaces to accommodate vans are also available. TRAFFIC UPDATES
For up-to-date traffic information on event days, tune to radio station 530 AM. The station transmits within a two-mile radius of Oracle Arena and Oakland Alameda County Coliseum.

WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are permitted at Oracle Arena.

Oracle Arena also offers accessible parking, which is located in the first two rows of the parking lot, closest to Oracle Arena. Spaces are limited.

Additionally, there are three elevators at Oracle Arena which are ADA accessible. The first is located on the west side near section 114; the other two are located on the east side near section 101.

Guests requiring the use of a wheelchair can sit in either their wheelchair or an actual Arena seat. Guests opting not to sit in their wheelchairs can store their wheelchairs in the handicap bay located behind their section.

WILL CALL
The “Will Call” window opens two hours prior to scheduled concert event time or tip-off of each regular season home game. The “Will Call” window is located on the Plaza Level at the Oracle Arena Box Office. A Valid, Government issued photo identification is required to pick up tickets.
